HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – An Oahu grand jury on Thursday indicted the suspect in an officer-involved shooting in Kalihi.
Blane Apostadiro, 47, was indicted Thursday on eight charges for allegedly firing shots from a stolen car at Kuhio Park Terrace on Sunday.
Police returned fire and Apostadiro was seriously injured.
Apostadiro is being held without bail on charges including terroristic threatening, reckless endangering and drug and firearms offenses.
The prosecutor declined to pursue attempted murder charges.
